ABOUT

I'm Peni Petersen, founder of Studio Pen,
based in Cape Town, South Africa.

I specialise in illustration, design, content creation, bespoke experiences, and creative direction, partnering with brands
and private clients to create meaningful visual stories.

Studio Pen is founded on the belief that art exists in the everyday, that beauty reveals itself in the smallest details of daily life.

By celebrating intimate, often unspoken moments, Studio Pen creates thoughtful illustrations, handcrafted pieces, and immersive experiences that inspire connection and personal expression. Every project is rooted in craftsmanship, storytelling, and a deep appreciation for life's subtleties, inviting you to pause, observe, and discover the artistry woven into the everyday.
